Sacred Rage Release

A ritual to help women and femmes move big emotions out of our bodies and into connection.

I already know I want to come!

Why rage?

Rage can be a scary emotion to experience, and we seem to be up to our necks in it these days with…

  • never-ending gun violence, including from the police

  • governmental challenges to the rights of women and trans people

  • an unresolved racial reckoning and resistance of the ruling class to repair

  • global war and climate devastation that both disproportionately affect poor people of color

  • and all the conversations and negotiations we’re having with our partners (or inside our own heads) about family labor and the mental load.

Because it’s so scary to think of the harm unleashing our rage would do, we hold on to it and stuff it down until it eats us up inside. Rage and other big emotions need a warm embrace and a safe space to land.

A woman’s rage is sacred.

As women and women-aligned, we so often experience rage about the suffering of others as well as ourselves. We need to feel our big emotions to understand their wisdom, and we can do this gently; without hurting ourselves or others.

It’s time to shake off the heaviness of winter and make way for the energetic rebirth of spring.
— Your Spirit

Why Spring?

Spring is the perfect time for a powerful and meaningful ritual. We’ve been hibernating (or wishing we could) for a few months and now life is preparing to burst forth from freshly tilled soil. So let’s till that soil!
